California Dreamin’ – The Beginning
California Dreamin’ 🙂
This feels like having stored a beloved 1969 Chevrolet Camaro in the garage for two years and finally taking it out, revving it up, and taking it for a refreshing warm spring ride on the back country winding roads.
Hi again. After taking what feels like an eternity to get back to posting here, and dropping the domain, I found it again! So here goes 🙂
I never shared the rest of the photos from a trip I took to California in the spring of 2016. They were some of my favorite photos that never saw the light of day or blog. Here are some from Los Angeles. I really liked this city. It was large, loud, dry, wierd, and beautiful in its own way.
This is a view from the Griffith Observatory. It’s one of the best free places to see the city skyline. Bring your telephoto lens! 🙂 It’s also a great place for a picnic, walking, etc.
It blows my mind how expansively flat the city is.
I took this photograph walking through one LA neighborhood. It’s an interesting place in the best way with lots of interesting things to stand in front of with your camera 🙂
